The world isn't fair for young people trying to build their lives, find work and look after their money.

There’s no clear direction. You’re told to pick a path before you’ve even seen the map. You apply for jobs that don’t tell you what they really want, compare yourself to everyone online, and wonder if you’ll ever feel confident about your future. It’s easy to think you’re the only one who hasn’t figured it out.

Added to that, no-one teaches you how to manage your money to pay for life. You stumble along paycheck to paycheck, start your pension too late, and chase promotions and recognition with no clarity, often at the expense of your health.

The old system doesn’t work, to keeps opportunity locked away and tells us to wait our turn, while the rules keep changing. It takes one opportunity, one mentor, one connection to equip young people with the skills they need to not only succeed, but to thrive.

We know that talent is everywhere, even if, today, opportunity isn’t.

That’s why Make the Flip exists: to close the fairness gap for young people.

We don’t believe in networking. We believe in movement. A new way to bring young people, brands and leaders together to do more than talk: to create real change.

We’re launching 100 missions – practical solutions for real challenges to empower one billion people with their careers.

Some missions we already know how to achieve. Others are wild and ambitious, and we know we’ll need help. But that’s the point: the future doesn’t change unless someone dares to try.
